I am getting ready to close on a flip, and I'm interested in learning who local Connecticut flippers use for insurance. Also if anyone has an agent they prefer to go through? I'm purchasing this house that is built in 1977 so lead paint, however unlikely, is possibly present.....should I test?

Has anyone ever heard of Midland IRA. I'm just getting started with them and so far they seem great. Extremely responsive and very inexpensive. I get emails regularly from my account specialist and I get return phone calls within 15 min of leaving a message if the call isn't immediately answered.

Thank you for helping to specify and properly describe what I am doing. I am hoping to get a little guidance from someone who has experience with these types of transactions. Ultimately I will Need a good tax attorney and CPA with experience, unfortunately I current CPA is unfamiliar.

I'm looking for a tax attorney, CPA and anyone who are qualified or experienced with a self directed IRA which lends to an LLC owned by the IRA to allow checkbook control of the funds to then purchase investments?! I am in the process of using this new approach but would like to hear from others who have experience in the area.
