              I am new to the Real Estate Investment world. My question is what do I start with? I am interested in wholesaling, fix and flips and love the idea of being a landlord. I currently own a property and am in the process of fixing it up to rent it out. I have an understanding of the legal and tax boundries that can hinder me from purchasing more real estate without moving in. That being said I know there are ways to purchase and continue my investing, I am just not sure what exactly they are and how to apply them. 

             I have saved up $150,000.00 and would like to invest wisely, create a real estate portfolio and grow my wealth to eventually become a full time property management company.
