Question about Umbrella Insurance

Hi everyone,

I have been looking at umbrella insurance. I started looking first on USAA because I use them for banking and various other insurance products.  Is it normal to have to add and remove properties as you buy and sell them?  This is in the personal umbrella insurance policy.  The agent suggested maybe I contact a different division about commercial umbrella insurance, which I will try to do tomorrow, but he couldn't tell me what the difference was there?  

Anyone here know?  Do you all use personal policies or commercial?

Yes every time I purchase or sell a property, as well as a vehicle I have it added or deleted from my policy.
