Hi, I am new to real estate investing and investigating insurance companies in the Omaha area. What insurance companies or agents are investors using in the area for their rental properties? Also, I know pricing can be based on multiple variables but what is a decent ballpark expectation for SFRs in Omaha to run numbers with?

Thanks for the suggestion on using the brokers for insurance. I will look into them.
