Landlord insurance for non-US resident

Hello all, 

I am shopping around for insurance for the duplex I am closing on next week. I called a broker and their providers couldn't insure me because I am a Canadian who do not live in the US. 

Any one know of any insurance companies I could call that do insurance for rental properties in the US for non residents? 

The house is in Rochester NY.
