Upcoming for Franklinton?

Julie Philpott
Posted

Hello everyone, I recently noticed drug use near my property in Franklinton. I'm curious if there are any future plans for this neighborhood beyond developments like the Gravities, Bottoms Up, and other breweries. Is gentrification happening quickly here, and is the area becoming safer?

Quote from @BJ Everson:

Hi @Julie Philpott it depends where you are in Franklinton to feel the full effects of those new developments. If you’re in East Franklinton then yes, you’ll experience a good amount of change based on new developments. If you’re west of 315 then not so much in the near future.

There is a new apartment development on S Central right off of 70
