Brrrr partner contracts

Hello BP fam....does anyone have experience with partner contracts? Hoping to get something in writing between my brother and step-father as we begin our first brrrr purchase. We have verbally agreed to what each of us will do but working with family doesn't always go as planned. Just want to protect ourselves.

Dustin, you can find sample partnership agreements on BiggerPockets’ legal section or sites like Rocket Lawyer. I’d still have an attorney review to tailor it. On my Midwest BRRRRs, we keep it simple: contributions, responsibilities, profit splits, and exit plan. Clear, written, and signed keeps everyone aligned.
