Hello BP fam....does anyone have experience with partner contracts? Hoping to get something in writing between my brother and step-father as we begin our first brrrr purchase. We have verbally agreed to what each of us will do but working with family doesn't always go as planned. Just want to protect ourselves.

Hey Grady. I'd love to connect. I'm new to the game myself. Trying to get my investment career rolling from California. Myself and a couple Tennessee partners looking to start our journey. I've spent a fair amount on BP and reading some David Green books. Excited to get rolling. 

@Michael Smythe Great info. Thank you Michael. I have begun to narrow down my list of prospects already and have a laundry list of questions. Hope to narrow it down further from there. Lots of good reads with BP and David Green's books  Always gotta be a sponge like you mentioned. 

Getting started in the Tri Cities area (Bristol, Johnson City and Kingsport) and need that all start property management company. Anyone have any leads?  Thanks from California.
