Anyone invest with Rent to Retirement?

I'm looking for anyone who has had a good or bad experience with Rent to Retirement? I have years of experience managing my own properties but want to expand out of state with passive investments.

Hi @Tony Lojacono, I haven’t personally invested with them, but as a tip with any turnkey or passive provider, it really comes down to the operator, the market, and how conservative the numbers are.

If you’re going the passive route, that’s actually what we do in our co-investing club we vet deals together and focus heavily on the operator’s track record and downside protection. Big thing is to look past projections and understand how their deals have actually performed.
