Need lawyer recommendations for difficult tenant

My latest tenant has turned out to be a pain in the a**. She has made me jump through hoops with all kinds of claims, which I have been happy to do but she gets hysterical and overreactive. I am not new to this game, but I've never had a tenant like this before. Someone who pays the rent on time, but is so demanding on such a regular basis that I have no peace. And she's quickly eating through the income I get from renting this house, which is in Encinitas .

Please share recommendations
 for good real estate attorneys who are adept at dealing with difficult tenants. So someone well-versed in tenant/landlord law who doesn't mind exchanging emails and calls with my tenant's attorney. I've personally run out of patience for this lady.
