I am suing a buyer for breach of contract. This is my first lawsuit of this kind and I am doing without hiring a lawyer. They did not close and did not include a Hubbard clause in their offer. They are from the Bronx and the property is in Connecticut. They also refused to sign the release of the earnest money deposit Has anyone else went down this path?
