Lessons learned: hard money

I have performed analysis on all of the loans used throughout my time and learned that fees are the best expense 

many will add in underwriting, origination and even exit fees to a deal and this will be defined in small print

 How else would they make money? Most of these loans are never held for more than 6 months.


james U dont know how the industry works form the lenders side of things..
