After ten great years, we have strategically merged our practice with a local Kirkland, WA accounting firm and will be operating moving forward as GPL Tax & Accounting, Inc. Since the official merger date of November 1st, 2018 we've been busy working behind the scenes to ensure a smooth transition.

We are excited about this merger as it will give you access to a deep team of knowledgeable professionals and will provide you with a wider scope of services.

GPL employs 7 CPAs, 3 Enrolled Agents and 12 tax preparers and controllers, who are able to handle complex tax returns as well as address your business CFO & controlling needs, in addition to the services we have provided you in the past.

If you are an existing client you will all be contacted individually and introduced to the GPL team, nothing per any previous or future agreements will change.

If you are prospective client, again, we look forward to introducing you to the GPL team and building a long-term business relationship.
