Just my thinking,........ But when you start seeing success for your business stemming from Bigger Pockets, don't you think we owe it to @Joshua D.  to create a pro or plus account? I am sure it costs a pretty penny to maintain this site. Why not help the  people the that helped us to be more successful? It is the least amount of money that you could spend for a guru!
