New Investor in Orlando!

Hello Investors,

My name is Allen and I'm preparing to invest in my first property later this year.  Wow, there's so much to learn.  I'm reading a lot.  BP has been a lot of help.  

I'm looking for a seasoned real estate investor in the Orlando area that I can talk to (maybe for coffee) about getting started.  I have a lot of questions and would like to start building a plan before I put things in action.  

I'm leasing an apartment right now and after my lease is up (or sooner) I'd like to buy a multi family property.  I know my first acquisition will not be easy and will most likely be an awkward and bumpy ride.  I'm excited to get my first one under my belt so I can get better!  

A little about me:  45 years old, excellent credit, no debt, single, no kids, motivated and ready to learn and take action.

Areas of interest include multi familty unit, flips, wholesaling .  A mentor situation with profit splitting would be fine.
