New to BP in the Balt/Wash area

Hello Everyone,

MY name is James and I'm new to BP. I am a lifelong resident in the Balt/Wash area having growing up in Baltimore and now living in AA County. 

I've been managing 2 buy & holds for over 7 years. Also, I have residential lots in South Carolina that I'm planning to build single family home on beginning next year. Hopefully I can acquire enough information to move forward.

I'm eager to meet many of like minded folks here on BP.
