The lots are located in the Killian area of Columbia. About 3 miles east of I-77.

As of now, I am still in the research mode.

But would like to gather as much info as possible.

Maryland resident that owns 3 residential lots in the Columbia SC area. I've been lurking around trying to gather info regarding building single family homes on my lots and flipping them.

Hopefully I can get more information on DIY home kits, contractors, and construction loans.

Hello Everyone,

MY name is James and I'm new to BP. I am a lifelong resident in the Balt/Wash area having growing up in Baltimore and now living in AA County. 

I've been managing 2 buy & holds for over 7 years. Also, I have residential lots in South Carolina that I'm planning to build single family home on beginning next year. Hopefully I can acquire enough information to move forward.

I'm eager to meet many of like minded folks here on BP.
