With my spouse using her VA Loan also she does have a percentage of disability what can I expect discounted from closing costs? As far as lenders what companies and things should I look for especially since this isn't a conventional loan and will be a VA loan.

Background: I'm active Mil, she's retired medically, I've used my VA but not hers, working on 2nd property.

Don't know details, but you can get a break on the funding fee for disability. Google VA Loan with disability and you should find some info.
