Looking for Properties in Northeast Ohio

Want to keep my deal flow coming and I am running out of options using the MLS. I am looking for properties in the following cities in Northeast Ohio. I am not worried about the amount of work just as long as I can add value to the property.

Lake County: Mentor, Mentor on the Lake, Willoughby, Concord, Kirkland

Cuyahoga: Rocky River, Fairview Park, Lakewood, Bay Village, Beachwood, University Heights, and Shaker Heights, Euclid

Areas I do not want to flip in:

Cleveland and Parma 

I am able to handle all construction and can have answer on homes within hours. All cash buyer, I do not require appraisals, banks or hard money lenders. 

I am simply looking to find actual people selling actual homes. I am tired of bad wholesalers wasting my time.
