Finding a number on a vacant house

I drove passed a house that looks empty so trying to find more information on it i wrote down the address now what? i searched to see who the last owner was and cant find any number to call

You can also find out info at the city hall (Electric Co.). Go to the tax department in the city hall. Some of the address' wont pull up at the tax assessors office (at least where I'm from) and they referred me to to check it out at the electric company and when I went they found all the property owners and numbers I was looking for. So thats also a good place to look!
