New Member and Beginner heading to Sarasota, FL!

Hello all, 

My name is Gary Menkes and I am in the process of leaving my "9-5er" (it's actually more like 6-5!) and moving my family to the Southwest/Sarasota area of Florida. I very much want the next phase of my career to be in REI. I really want to get into income producing multifamily properties. That is what I would like my initial niche to be. My goal is to make this my full time business. If there was a 2nd area of focus for me it would be in house flipping. If someone could direct me to some good forums on multifamily income producing forums here on BiggerPockets, I would be grateful.
