To-Do List or Checklist after Property is Under Contract

I finally have my first property under contract (Yay!). It will be in the BRRR mold, as it needs a rather large renovation. As the time approaches for closing I often think of a task, or detail I need to complete, and think "Oh yeah. I have to remember to do that." I'm worried about leaving something out.

So, does anyone have, or could point me to some sort of checklist that helps with tasks as I move through closing, renovations, advertising, etc.  Suggested timelines would be great too.

The items could be obvious, or a small detail that some forget.  Some examples:

--Contact township regarding permitting process

--Meeting with attorney to draft rental agreement

--Contract with construction company that covers scope of work and timelines

--Turning on utilities!

--identify and choose online rent payment system

--verify mailing address

--determine how to turn one mailing address into 2 apartment addresses through USPS

--develop packet for new tenants with utility phone numbers, my contact info, etc.

These are a few off the top of my head, and certainly not inclusive.  I know many of you experienced folks probably have systems to where this is second nature. With this being my first, having a list and some guidance could be very helpful.
