I have been in the real estate business, in Philadelphia, for a while but new here to BP. I live in South Philly and specialize in S. Philly deals. The best part of this business is the wide variety of people you meet - people from all walks of life. I work with other rehab specialist, wholesalers, landlords, and private buyers.

I have over 10 years of Real Estate Investing experience in full rehabs. I have worked in all aspects of fixin' n' flippin' - buyer, negotiator, construction manager, etc. I have been doing my own deals since 2012 including wholesaling and flips and enjoy finding deals and meeting new people. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others.
