Attention Lansing Michigan investors!
Anyone have a nice rental house in the Lansing Michigan area that my daughter and son-in-law can move into? They are moving there in late March or early April. Anything available?? Thanks!

Hi @Janeen Bertolina- I'll have a 3/1 ready near the Frandor area around that time, provided our rehab stays on schedule. New electric, plumbing, furnace & roof. Hardwood floors throughout, updated kitchen and bath with new stainless steel appliances. Detached one car garage, large basement for storage and laundry (also new). It will practically be a new house when finished. Feel free to pm me if it sounds like it might be a good fit. It's just under 1,000 sq ft.
