Advice on investing in East point, ga

hi, 

   I am looking at an investment in East Washington neighborhood in East point GA. House built in mid 2000s. 1900 sq ft. 2 floors. Renting for 950. Asking approx 55k. Zip code 30344. Question is, is this a good market for rental investment. I will have to rely on a PM. Awesome schools in the area, hospital nearby making it potential for renting.
