New Member for the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area

Hello Everyone. 

My name is Rene Picanes Jr. I am an investor from the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I have been in real estate since 2013 in several Florida and Texas markets. I have worked as a property manager, wholesaler, investor, and most recently as a note investor. I am currently working as a Real Estate Consultant for a wholesale and fix-and-flip firm in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Last year I started my own investment company with the goal of buying residential and commercial real estate through non-performing notes to build a portfolio of short and long term investments. 

I look forward to communicating with fellow investors, lenders, and asset managers as I develop a network of contacts across the country. I have learned a lot through my experiences, my education, and my research but I still have plenty to learn. BP has plenty to offer and I really look forward to being a part of the community.
