Any recs for commercial property manager in Milwaukee

I'm looking for a property manager for my office building, any recommendations out there for a firm in the Milwaukee area?  Also, if you have any experience with any of the big national firms, that would be great.

Do you think it's better to go with a big national firm or smaller local/regional firm for property management services for an office park with about 45 suites?
