Down: $5,000

Owner Finance: $63,000 @6 % for 20 years

PITI: $593.16

Rented: $950

Rental house #4 under is under contract and I'm 1031 exchanging rental house #2 into a better deal :) Read about rental #2 here. I have about a $40K mortgage and selling for $80K :)
