New Investor in the Augusta, Georgia / North August Area

I am Edison and I live in the CSRA area. I am new to real estate investing. I attend school at Augusta University and work for Augusta University health systems ( Formally know as MCG or GRU). I am looking to get started in single family home investing or multi unit if its a great deal within the next few months. I am here to learn and soak up all that I can about real estate investing before doing my first deal.
