How Long Is Your Typical Contract In Your Market?

I am just curious how long your typical contract length is in your market? (This mostly is aimed at agents using a standard contract). Here in the DC metro area, our contracts are typically around 50 pages. I was just thinking about this as I was reviewing a 56 page contract for accuracy and missing initials.  I am also working on a deal in Massachusetts where I think there was 4 pages.  Occasionally on a complicated transaction, I can see out contract package in Maryland/DC expand to 100 pages.

I think the length of our contracts is proportional to the amount of lawyers we have in the area, since we have the most lawyers per capita by a huge amount here.
