REI Newbie in Jacksonville, FL
Hello everyone! My name is Kennisha. I am new to Real Estate Investing, haven't started on working any deal as yet. Still trying to learn the fundamentals to a successful real estate investing business. I have looked into the local REIA, meetings are on Tuesdays, but I work during the meeting hours.. :-/... For those who do attend the meetings, how long do they usually last? (30m, 1 hr, 2hrs, etc)
Essentially, I would like to start off on the wholesaling side on of real estate, accumulate enough capital, then transition into Rehabs.
Also looking to put together a power team – any advice is well appreciated!

Check out the JAX REIM Meetup as well it's usually on Thursdays.
Wholesaling is a great way to get started. Start building up a database and networking and you're on your way.
