Realtor in New Jersey looking for Investors

Hi! My name is Kristin Linderman...I'm a Realtor in South Jersey looking to find investors for Atlantic and Cape May counties. I've had my real estate license for over 13 years mainly focused on second home buyers and am looking to get involved in wholesaling properties. I eventually would like to manage flipping houses or holding onto investments to build my own portfolio allowing the properties to work for me.
