New Investor from Upstate New York (Hudson Valley)

Hello BP!

It has always been a passion of mine to get into real estate investing, especially flipping, and I have decided the time is now or never to get started! I have been doing extensive research, particularly on BP, reading books/forums and listening to podcasts, and was hoping to find someone in the Upstate New York (Hudson Valley) area that is willing to share their experiences within this market. I was also wondering if anyone could give any advice on credible attorneys, CPAs, and RE agents in the area that are REI oriented. (Contractor and financing information would be helpful as well!)

I'm so excited to finally get started and hope to have my first deal within the next few months, so any help would be greatly appreciated!
