Lupita Solis- originally from Chicago IL

I've been living in California now for 30 years. I lived in Culver City for the past 20 years and recently moved to Redondo Beach Ca. I am a Loan Processor for a bank and have been processing for the past 20 years. I am ready to make a challenging move in investing in R.E.. I would like to eventually leave my full time job and focus on R.E. investments. My focus would be buying multi-family 3-4 units and hold them for rent. Once I have 2 buildings under my belt. I would like to flip and sell homes.
