Hello  All, I got lost for the past several months. I Apologize for not responding. I've been so busy at work, I had not had time to visit the  site as I would like. I have  been reading all of Branden's books and learning what I need go look for when I am looking for the property. My new goal is to purchase a 4 unit building. some thing small for starters. Im also looking at it for future retirement Income. I am excited and I bit scared. But Brandon says! I need to get rid of my fear. and boy have I been working on that... I'm going to meet with a real estate agent that one of my clients referred  to me. I am really looking forward in building a relationship  with him. Well I just wanted to check in and thank everyone, for there comments and suggestions.  I'll be back!!

Thank you  Chris! I am new at the site and I am not very familiar as to where everything is yet. So thank you for the tips on the resources. I'm excited about the wealth of education I will get from the Bigger Pockets site and from all of the members.

I've been living in California now for 30 years. I lived in Culver City for the past 20 years and recently moved to Redondo Beach Ca. I am a Loan Processor for a bank and have been processing for the past 20 years. I am ready to make a challenging move in investing in R.E.. I would like to eventually leave my full time job and focus on R.E. investments. My focus would be buying multi-family 3-4 units and hold them for rent. Once I have 2 buildings under my belt. I would like to flip and sell homes.
