Investor/Property Manager ROCHESTER NY
Hey BP community hope all is well. I have been investing in Rochester NY market since 2006. I tend to buy and hold more multifamily units then SFH. Few years ago I was asked by several out of town investors to manage their investments and thus Dimensions Property Management was founded. DPM was formed on basis of integrity and honest. I have met some really great investors who have trusted their investments with me and are very happy with monthly cash flow! I look forward to networking here with all.

Who is the broker of record for your company? I don't see you or Dimensions at the NY department of state holding the necessary license to manage property.
