Who is up for a beer at Rochester NY?

It started in another discussion, but I think it can be fun so I am opening a new thread.

I am new to the area but already hold a few properties in Rochester, NY. I see in BP the same group of people answering discussions, and I think it can be fun if we meet and  sit on a beer (first round on me). People here have different interests (realtor/investor and so on), and some are competing. But I think it can be a good idea to network and know other real estate Rochesterisans (is that how you write it?)

I know there is something on Wednesdays, but I can't make it (have school). But I am available other nights and weekends.

So who is in?
