New Real Estate Investor in Pennsylvania

Hello!  My name is Joe Cusick.  My wife and I are in the process of buying our first single family investment property.  We're excited to begin our journey.  Our goal is to have 2-3 by the end of 2016.  My wife has been a Realtor for six years.  I've always had an interest in real estate investing.  I've spent the better part of the last year diving deep into books, podcasts and local meetings to try and learn various angles of investing.  A friend of mine just referred me to the BP Podcast the other day and I really liked the conversations.  I am looking forward to learning from the BP Community.
