Abandoned car at our rental property ?

Hi

My tenants have informed me that, there is a car in the parking lot for the last one week, none of the tenants own the car. I called the cops and they came and checked. They said it is not a stolen car, so we don't do anything as it is on a private property. They told to tow it.

What are my next steps to Tow the car away from there?

I appreciate your suggestions.

Just call a towing company and tell them to come get it, it's free, if someone comes to collect it, they will have to go down to the impound and pay to get it. If your worried about some action from someone, just drop a 24hr notice on the window that it will be towed on x date if it's still on the property.
