looking for: Investment property buyer agent
Hello~ We're looking for our 2nd investment property (interested in a fourplex) in the Sacramento area and would like to see if anyone knows a good agent that is knowledgeable in investment properties that can help us with the search. @Ying Lan, good luck! Definitely don't short change yourself on rent, depending on the size of your units and location (as @Kelli D. said), your rent could easily be higher if you're in an above average neighborhood.
