Very new investor from Vernon Connecticut
I am a new investor sort of. My wife and I rent her first house. we got married and move in to our new house. We couldn't sell her house for the loan amount so we rent it. Now I would like buy another rental.

Todd Columbus welcome! I have heard that story time and time again, and I LOVE it. You both made the decision to "honor your commitment" to the lender by paying them.
