Hi everyone. If anyone has recommendation for a RE attorney in Buffalo, NY familiar with CLOSINGS, I am in need!

*(203K rehab loan) Closing disclosure has been issued & signed already. Can a lender now require additional $4000 repair cost added to my loan, additional 3 inspections with fees that were not discussed previously!?

Looking to go see a new attorney!! The one I have now is a HUD attorney closing both sides of this deal.
