CO WHOLESALING DEAL WITH ANOTHER INVESTOR

So I am about to co-wholesale my first deal. The guy already has it under contract but said he will split the profit with me if I find a buyer. He send to send him an agreement that we both can sign to make it a legal guarantee that I get paid. What agreement/ contract can I use? If there's a link, that would be awesome as well. Thank you!
