New to Wholesaling and contract guidance

Good afternoon everyone!

I am brand new to real estate wholesaling, I have been reading and listening to countless books and podcasts for the past few months.  I just recently finished my buyer and seller websites as well. I currently reside in Janesville and work out of Madison. I've had a bit of trouble with pinpointing the correct contracts I need from the state. Could anyone give me some guidance?
