Good morning BP Members,
We will be having our June meetup on the 14th (Wednesday) at 7pm. I am excited to announce that we will have experienced Real Estate Investor/Flipper/Coach/Teacher/Realtor Carl Schiovone to teach us about finding deals and telling us about his experiences in the world of New York investing. Carl does actively flip in Long Island as well as other areas. I know many are interested in the New York area and this is right in our back yard. A quick bio from his website below:
Carl Schiovone has been actively involved in real estate investing for nearly 30 years. As the co-founder of Cypress Investment Properties, he specializes in the acquisition, rehabilitation, and property management of residential investment properties.

The extensive experience and knowledge Carl has acquired has set the foundation for him to share this with his coaching clients. This organization provides both group and one-on-one educational programs for all levels of investing experience.
