Collecting rent - Quickbooks autobill or something else?

I already have my books on Quick Books.  Should I get setup with the bill / electronic payment system in QuickBooks to somewhat automate rent collection or do you like another service better?

I certainly recommend using the invoicing feature of QuickBooks for multiple reasons (cashflow, past due rent tracking etc...) and if you have QB Online hooked up to your bank accounts, it comes in as a match.   Very straightforward as long as you don't have too many tenants with the same rent due the same day... then you have to double check which one the payment is coming for.   I think there are extra fees to do what you are a considering and none of my clients use that feature.
