Hey BP! Does anyone have any tips/advice for a newbie whose attending their first ever meet-up? I'm kinda feeling nervous about this mainly because I am 21 years old with no experience, ha. Thanks! The Meet-up is in Riverside, CA @ the Mission Inn (in case anyone was wondering!)

@Jerome Morelos - You will likely be the youngest person there, but don't be intimidated by that! Be proud! At 21 years old, most of the people there are going to wish they could have gotten started at your age.

I wrote a blog post a few weeks ago that you will find useful at your first event. I suggest you read the whole thing, but there is a part that talks about what to do and how to approach a networking event.

My advice is to be sure to go! Force yourself to stay there for at least an hour and get at least 5 people's contact information.

Otherwise you are no different than any other 21 year old out there who is just "thinking" about real estate. You need to take action to show that you're real.

Hope this helps man. Best of luck!
