I recently closed on a property in Chicago south side Pullman area. My plan is to rent it out after rehab is done (early September). I'm looking to hear your experience if you have rental unit in Chicago south side.

Thanks

Your property will go under hiring a property management company in a D area. I have been living without a vehicle in Chicago for almost 5 years. My management company did such a poor job that I had to buy a car and make a few trips a week to self manage. 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, you're no going to get a stable, working class single guy who wants a lot of room (like me). You're going to likely get a mother with 3-4 kids and section 8 (That's the only way D properties can afford $1,000+ rents). Inbox me.
