Buy & Hold in Newark NJ

Hello all,

Are most investors that look in Newark preferring flips over buy & hold? I am selling one of my properties FSBO and I got no calls from investors looking to B&H, only people looking to move in but lease situations aren't favorable for that.

Details are if interested, 2-family fully rented buy & hold investment in Newark's Weequahic section. Great rent & cap rate. If anyone is interested in more information feel free to reach out/PM me.
