Orange County(Laguna Niguel) New Member Introduction

Hi all my name is Brendon and I am a new member here at Bigger Pockets.  I am relatively new to investing in Real Estate (currently work in the Aviation Industry); and looking forward to contributing and learning from this great community. Hoping to get connected with some local Real Estate Investor groups as well as educate myself on Multi-Family Investment Properties as rentals for the long haul.

I am open to out-of-state opportunities as it's quite difficult to find good deals in Orange County, CA (Texas, KY, TN, OH, Montana)
